- Account & contact data — name, company, email address, and details you provide when ordering or managing hosting.
- Hosting & billing data — domain, plan, account status, invoices and payment status.
- Technical data — IP address, browser information and logs, used to keep the service secure and available.
- Marketing consent — if you opt in, your email and the time and IP of your consent.
3. Why we process it (legal bases)
- To provide the service — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To issue invoices and meet tax obligations — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To secure and improve the service — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Service providers (processors)
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:
- Hosting infrastructure (SPanel / k4.pl servers) — to host accounts and websites.
- Fakturownia — to issue and store invoices and proformas.
- Mailcraft — to send newsletters where you have consented.
- Cloudflare — content delivery and security in front of our websites.
5. How long we keep data
We keep account and hosting data for as long as you use the service, and billing records for the period required by tax law. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority (UODO). To exercise any right, email [email protected].
