These Terms of Service govern your use of Hostler hosting management and the website hostler.eu, operated by Web Systems (k4.pl). By ordering or using the service you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Hostler provides managed web hosting and a dashboard to manage hosting accounts, invoices and renewals. Hosting is set up individually for existing clients. We do not register domains and do not provide an automated checkout.
2. Orders and setup
You request hosting through our order form or by contacting us. We confirm the plan, scope and price individually, then set up your hosting account. A plan becomes active once setup is complete.
3. Billing and payment
- Hosting is billed annually per domain.
- Payment is made by bank transfer based on a proforma or invoice issued via Fakturownia.
- There are no subscriptions and no automatic card charges.
- We send renewal reminders before your hosting expires.
4. Renewals and non-payment
Hosting renews for a further annual period upon payment. If an invoice remains unpaid after its due date, we may suspend the account after prior notice. Suspended accounts can be restored once outstanding amounts are settled.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact and billing details and keep them up to date.
- Use the hosting lawfully and not for activities that harm our infrastructure or other users.
- Keep your own backups of critical data where appropriate.
6. Availability and support
We aim to keep the service reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is available at [email protected].
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected hosting period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated. You may stop using the service at the end of a paid period. We may suspend or terminate access in case of serious breach of these terms.
